The very best way to buy our products is by seeing and holding them in one of our many stockists. Steel is very tactile, and the handmade differences of our pieces can cause quite a character variation between two of the same product. Almost everyone sets their heart on a favourite!
Because we have such a large and varied product range not all shops will stock every product. Most stockists will, however, be willing to order something especially for you.

Placing your order couldn’t be simpler. Just click on the ‘Buy Now’ buttons to place products in your ‘Shopping Basket’. You can add as many as you like and if you change your mind you can remove them too. On ‘Checkout’ your credit card payment is managed by the easy-to-use and secure ‘PayPal’.
If you would prefer to place an order with us offline in the traditional way, we will be happy to take your order by phone, fax or e-mail.
An invoice will then be issued to you. Please note that we can only accept cheques in GBP Sterling on these occasions.

Delivery (UK Mainland)
Carriage charges are for deliveries in UK mainland only. Please contact us for carriage prices elsewhere.
Delivery Overseas (outside UK Mainland)
In order that we can quote you the most competitive carriage charge for delivery outside the UK mainland, please either e-mail, phone or fax us with a note of what you would like to order and we shall get back to you with our best price for carriage. Recipients are responsible for any additional taxes, duties etc that may be incurred.
Absolutely everything is hand made to order. We do not hold stock. The average lead-time, from accepting your order to dispatching it, is 2 to 3 weeks. If you would like to know our current lead-time at the time of placing your ordering, please contact us and we shall endeavour to give you an accurate answer.
Since all items are hand made to order (ie commissioned), goods cannot be returned unless found to be faulty upon delivery.
In the rare occurrence of a damaged delivery, please report the details to us within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Please be aware that since all items are hand made, they will never be identical to either another of the same product nor those pictured in the website/brochure. We believe that this only adds to the uniqueness and desirability of our goods.
