Delivery

Absolutely everything is hand made to order. We do not hold any stock. The average lead-time, from accepting your order to dispatching it is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Delivery Charges

Orders up to the value of £200 the carriage charge is £8
Orders over £200 and up to £300, the carriage charge is £10
Orders over the value of £300 are free of carriage charge

These carriage charges are for deliveries in UK mainland only. Please contact us for carriage prices elsewhere.

Placing your order couldn’t be simpler. Just click on the ‘Buy Now’ buttons to place products in your ‘Shopping Basket’. You can add as many as you like and if you change your mind you can remove them too. On ‘Checkout’ your credit card payment is managed by the easy-to-use and secure ‘PayPal’. If you would prefer to place an order with us offline in the traditional way, we will be happy to take your order by phone, fax or e-mail. An invoice will then be issued to you.

Delivery Overseas (outside UK Mainland)

In order that we can quote you the most competitive carriage charge for delivery outside the UK mainland, please either e-mail, phone or fax us with a note of what you would like to order and we shall get back to you with our best price for carriage. Recipients are responsible for any additional taxes, duties etc that may be incurred.

Returns

Since all items are hand made to order (ie commissioned), goods cannot be returned unless found to be faulty upon delivery.

In the rare occurrence of a damaged delivery, please report the details to us within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Differences

Please be aware that since all items are hand made, they will never be identical to either another of the same product nor those pictured in the website/brochure. We believe that this only adds to the uniqueness and desirability of our goods.
